Bridget views her farming operation as family affair.  Her sons and husband help on the farm after school and work and all benefit from it as well.  Bridget strives to educate and create awareness of the importance of eating healthy and recognizing dietary restraints, such as her son has, in her community.  Her philosophy comes down to one word: SIMPLE

SAVE (conserve our resources and environment)

IMPROVE (practices and learn from mistakes)

MECHANIZE (when and where possible)

PLANT (seasonally)

LOCAL (keep our produce local and support our community)

EDUCATE (ourselves and consumers)
